Standard downmix coefficients can sometimes lead to unsatisfactory results. Halo Downmix addresses these challenges, producing a coherent stereo mix by controlling diffuse sound and eliminating delay artefacts from rear channels.

Surround-to-Surround Fine-tuning

For those times when you don't have access to the original mix, Halo Downmix allows adjustments to existing 5.1 or 7.1 mixes. Balance individual channels and the direct/diffuse sound to achieve the desired audio balance.

3D Immersive Extension

This extension empowers users to downmix from 7.1.2, the format used for Dolby Atmos bed tracks, ensuring compatibility across various audio setups.
