Music is social and so are we! Our office is a little different to most music shops. We specialise in music production and recording- so all the stages between having an idea and creating something that someone, somewhere will want to play. And we cater for people at all levels of the industry- that's from modest home studio set ups recoding scratch tracks and ideas right through to some of the top artists and engineers in the country. The one thing all our customers have in common is that they are serious about doing it better and getting their music out there.

Come and see us to chat- if it's production related- we can probably help. We have all the spaces you'd find in a studio so you can test gear out in the right way - monitors you can hear in a control room, or record microphones in a live room. And it's not just the gear. If you've got the right kit already but want to brush up on the skills to use it, you can book a one-on-one session and learn new ways to mix and master your productions.

Our walk-in hours are 10:30 to 4:30 Mondays to Friday but are often available outside of these hours for appointments. We also run events from our space including demonstration days, workshops and other socials. Keep an eye on our calendar to see what's happening this month!

You'll find us in the heart of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter- a historic part of the city that is now home to many small independent businesses- both from the jewellery trade and many others too. You can make a day out of visiting the area with many different bars and restaurants in the area and many other shops to visit.

Getting to us

If you're driving using Sat Nav, our address should come up in Google Maps and Apple Maps. You'll find plenty of on-street parking on Warstone Lane which is around £2.10 for two hours.

Alternatively, we're a short walk from the City Centre. Signs for the Jewellery Quarter will usually direct you to Warstone Lane and the Golden Square in front of the Big Peg. We're just over the road from that- at the back of 29.

The new Midland Metro stops at the Jewellery Quarter. Travelling from New Street, it is about £1 for a one way ticket. The station exits onto Vyse Street which is a short walk to us. Turn right and head towards the clock tower. Head over the road on the crossing at the end by pub called the Rose Villa Tavern- walk passed that and turn left. You're now on Warstone Lane! You'll find us on the opposite side of the road, down a little bit at the back of 29.
